Day 9

“Now faith is the reality of what is hoped for, the proof of what is not seen.”

Hebrews 11:1

Prayer:
Lord, I often feel like the father in Mark 9:24 “Immediately the father of the boy cried out, “I do believe; help my unbelief!” You know the areas of my life where I have great faith, and you know the areas of my life where I have very little faith. You even know the areas of my life where I’ve given up and decided to stop asking you to do anything in prayer. However, I am going to ask you something today, because you are the source and perfecter (Hebrews 12:2) of my faith. God, would you increase my faith? Would you increase my faith to believe what you say in your word about you, what you say about me, and what you say about prayer? God, give me faith to believe what you say. Increase my faith to believe you for things that you ask me to pray about through your word and Spirit. The things that I stopped praying about because the enemy told me to give up – give me faith to believe that everything is possible through you. Lord, give me wisdom as I pray in faith and teach me how to pray in faith. In Jesus’ name, amen.
